The location is stunning, near the train station at the Pleasure beach, and Blackpool for a weekend with friends for a mod weekend - couldn't be better.

The hotel/room was reasonably clean.

The breakfast was included. It was really close to the front and pleasure beach, the Water park and the Tower for all the attractions, good location overall. The employees were pleasant.

Nothing too much trouble, really lovely stay for one night at the elmfield hotel. Very comfy bed in king room with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and TV.

The units are perfect, immaculate. The hotel has great and amazing location close to all amenities.

The property was well-run, I 100% recommend!

The room was budget and compact, included a fridge, an electric kettle, and central heating.

Everything was perfect, with very welcoming staff, met standards.

The location was great, really close to public transport, the train station at the Pleasure beach and the elmfield on the 29th july, in a lovely area. Also, Sandcastle Waterpark was placed just 1 km from the hotel. 

We go there often, and would recomand it to others. It's a homely hotel for a wedding celebration in Blackpool.

We had the queen room and it was compact with a seaview. The location turned out to be excellent and absolutely perfect.

Everything was fab during the stay!

Lots of food for breakfast, it was great. The room I booked was kept clean and available with tea as well as fresh towels etc.

Budget superior queen room with views of sea. Good bed, a fridge, an electric kettle, and central heating. Outstanding food, comfortable and fab location to the local attractions.

Got double room with bunk beds when arrived, truly enjoyed that. Had magnificent and unbeatable location in the right area.

Amiable staff, it was lovely stay.

The room was spotless and budget, it had a clean bathroom.

It has marvellous position near the train station that feeds KIrkham.
